A Cavaliers sniper is out for an extended period after foot surgery.

The team announced on Tuesday that Max Strus will miss three to four months with a Jones fracture in his left foot.

The guard got injured during offseason workouts and also missed the first two months of last season due to an ankle sprain.

Strus made more than 38.5% of his three-pointers last year.
