Cleveland is coming off a two-game sweep over the rival Reds and already clinched the AL Central at 92-and-67.
Houston is coming off a series loss to the Mariners and is 86-and-73 on the season.
The last time both sides clashed in the playoffs was back in 2018 when Cleveland got swept in the ALDS.
